Autumn is the time to reap the harvest. Most of you have already picked delicious berries, fruit, and vegetables and have put them into the freezer. The ingredient we’re going to use in our following recipe is berries! It will be made by a 7-year-old girl Safina with her mother, a well-known singer, Dilya Nigmatullina. It’s important that this dish is not only delicious, but also healthy.
You need
For the dough:
100 g sour cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
120 g rice flour
5 g baking powder
A pinch of natural sweetener (stevia, fructose or other)
A pinch of salt
A cupcake pan
For the filling:
0.5 glass of sour cream
1 egg
Natural sweetener
1 tablespoon of rice flour
A mix of berries
Procedure:
- To make the dough, put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix dough with your hands. Then use a necessary amount of dough to form circles.
- Oil the cupcake pan with olive oil and spread the dough on the form parts.
- To make the filling, mix sour cream, an egg, sweetener and rice flour using a whisk until smooth.
- Dip the berries in corn flour and put them in the form on the dough circles.
