FINGERS

There are four seasons in a year –

Let’s use our hands to count them:

Bend you PINKY finger first,

SUMMER starts the counting.

Now it’s turn of your RING finger,

Crook it to mark the AUTUMN.

Bend the MIDDLE finger next –

WINTER cannot be forgotten.

Here comes the INDEX finger,

SPRING is our next reason.

Look! We’re finally done counting:

Four fingers for four seasons.

Oh wow! We forgot the THUMB!

Why cannot we bend it?

Smile and raise your both THUMBS UP,

As all the seasons are splendid!
